1. Ask your main customers for recommendations of sellers with whom they also work and with whom they are satisfied. I would like to meet with other key sellers to discuss how we could cooperate and achieve this.”
2. When your customers give you a list of the companies they work with, ask which one they depend on the most.
3. Call the sellers of your customers in order of importance. Ask if they are ready to meet with you to discuss how you could better discuss your mutual client.
4. When you meet salespeople, ask: “How can I facilitate your work?”. Again, it will seem funny to them, because you will again be the first person to ask this question. But thanks to him, they will like you.
5. Promise each seller to come back with ideas on how you can collaborate. Implement these ideas as soon as possible. Be helpful. Introduce to your customers other vendors in a good light. As soon as you do this, you can ask for a big favor.
6. Call one of your most satisfied sellers and say: “I would like to develop our partnership in working with other customers. Maybe you can share with me the contacts of your customers who may need my services (or products)?”
